Anyone have cancer?

Been dealing with papillary thyroid cancer for the past 2 years.  The doctors think I've had it growing for roughly 6-7 years.
It has spread to near by lymph nodes and a small spot in my lung.

Wondering if anyone else has gone through the process of having cancer? No judgement here from me.
