Sad news yesterday night when I listen you passed away. We ought you a lot. Nelson Mandela has been not only a symbol, but a living example of how man should be.
A hero, yes, mostly because he gave his life to a cause: all men need to be judged by their actions not their color. I’m sure we’re millions now we write about his death, as we were millions waiting to know what where happening when he was in the hospital.
Madiba you’ve been a Giant among Men, also compared to the righteous ones, so in this age of darkness where we are surrounded by useless politicians, minions, soulless rulers, administrators without faith, moral and ethics your light will be missed even more. Your example will be needed even more.
Some will cry the man, someone will cry the hero, and someone will just fake because your example cannot be compared with their inner believes and actions.
Rest in peace Madiba, and thanks for all you gave us, forgive us for not be able to follow your steps, we do not have your strength, your courage, your rectitude

Il nostro Leonardo da Vinci della politica (cosi si è definito con infinita modestia il Nostro Primo Ministro e Presidente del consiglio Silvio Berlusconi nel sipario comico, di cui parlavo nel post di ieri, dall’ineffabile bruno vespa a Porta a Porta) non si è trattenuto ed ha dovuto, ancora una volta, deliziarci col suo fine senso dell’umorismo e savoir fare.
Ad un G8 sottotono per i problemi che affliggono il mondo, ha pensato di rendere partecipe il presidente degli stati uniti Barak Obama dei problemi che affliggono l’italico stivale al fine di risollevargli il morale dopo aver incontrato irlandesi, inglesi e francesi (e noi?).
Visto che si doveva discutere anche di come gestire le rivoluzioni nei paesi del nord africa che stanno lottando contro le dittature ha espresso il suo disappunto per il fatto che l’Italia è controllata, a suo dire, da una dittatura di giudici di sinistra di Milano.
Ora mi sono fatto una idea del discorso guardando il labiale nei filmati (pochi) che le libere televisioni che afferiscono al nostro plenipotenziario hanno mostrato citando di sfuggita l’episodio assolutamente insignificante di fronte alla grandezza dello statista in questione.
Piu o meno il discorso è stato il seguente:

How can I Rub if everything is of me? …”
Ovviamente dalla platea si sono levati cenni di approvazione e comprensione, ed in effetti sembra che Berlusconi possa richiedere l’intervento dell’ONU per bombaradre la magistratura milanese e Pisapia.
Mentre avvenivano queste cose in suolo Francese, paese governato da tal Sarkozy che deve a Silvio tanto la moglie quanto il fatto che gli abbia graziosamente concesso la nostra partecipazione alla guerra in Libia, nonostante i Francesi non volessero neanche parteciparvi, a milano avveniva un altro sconcertante fatto.
Pronta la piccata risposta della lega che ha detto subito che la musica è musica e che anche se napoletano lo avrebbero applaudito appena portava via i sacchetti della spazatura che aveva al seguito. Il disappunto dei Milanesi è stato abbastanza grande, ed infatti sono tutti tornati alle loro case prendendo Pulman e treni messi a disposizione della organizzazione, disdicendo le camere di albergo e dando come generalità per l’invio del conto Giuliano Pisapia.
I piu dispiaciuti erano ovviamente gli abitante di Sucate che hanno inscenato proteste al coro di “è tutta cola di Pisapia”.
Stasera dovrebbe esserci un concerto per chiudere la campagna elettorale di Giuliano Pisapia sempre a Milano. L’organizzazione ha invitato tutti a venire in macchina, “tanto poi ci penso io” ha detto il candidato sindaco.
ovviamente il tempo si è girato al brutto (oggi piove) visto che anche dall’alto si cerca di fermare il popolo dei decerebrati.
I commenti del PDL sono stai quanto mai eleganti e raffinati, su Gigi d’Alessio hanno detto che la colpa è del clima di intimidazione del blocco delle sinistre e che Pisapia ha mandato dei Rom vestiti da musulmani con accento milanese a minacciarlo di rubargli la macchina se veniva a cantare qualcosa che non fosse “bandiera rossa”, mentre in relazione alle esternazioni del premier hanno detto che ha fatto bene ed è ora che il mondo sappia che loro stanno lottando per liberare l’Italia dalla dittatura e che cosi posson chedere l’intervento dell’ONU.
Illuminante il commento di Bossi, Leader della lega lombarda, che ha detto:” il presidente è stanco sennò si ingroppava la moglie di quell’Obama.”
Insomma ancora una volta abbiamo la certezza che in Italia manca tutto tranne il divertimento!

as a matter of fact several security vendors issued a warning about the spam and malware related activities around William and Kate’s day.
Not sure this will be the biggest event in human history (but believe me I heard on TV that this will be the biggest event in the century…so I’m not the only one exaggerating a little bit ) but this week showed also other interesting events that captured my attention.
“Don’t play too much, turn off that console …” used to tell me my savvy mom. I never understood the reason but now I know that she was right (as moms always use to be). And now I know also the bad symptoms’ associated in gaming: lost of identity, credit card number sharing, password stealing…. what? o yes you’re right I’m talking about Sony PlayStation network hack and the relative consequences.
Is not just the 77 million identities stolen that were interesting, but for the 3 or 4 of you that follow this blog, is the progression and growing of this kind of activities in the last period of time. have you seen how many hacks I’ve reported from news lately? Cyber security is becoming a serious issue, and is incredibly odd that lot of people just do not realize how a layered and different approach is needed to address the new internet\cloud threat landscape.
Do we need security? yes a new and better one, a connected world require a new approach to security that has to shift the usual techniques into something new (bad guys already did!).
This is not a secondary question because the same techniques could be used not only by criminals but also by states to attack an enemy. At least those are claims that have been raised lately.
or at least this is what they claim related to a new malware spread that, according to their statements, has been build to address specifically their nuclear projects. Although I have no evidences this sound familiar…remember stuxnet?
So the cyber landscape is growing and the need to protect from malware and other cyber threats is quite evident. but security is not only malware protection but also management, uptime, performance, data protection and so on.
The recent outage of Amazon cloud services showed how difficult is to build up a secure and resilient infrastructure. At least two factor were interesting: the timeframe of the outage was incredibly big, and the fact Amazon declared some of the data were lost and they were not able to recover them.
So even Amazon need a better network infrastructure, and new (and better) procedures. The key is, we still have to work on our networks, just good enough is not enough .
